Alibag for NRI Investors

For investors who are not in the country. End-to-end transaction structure, paperwork, and on-the-ground verification.

NRI buyers face a different transaction shape than Mumbai buyers. We handle the additional layer: FEMA-compliant payment structures (NRO, NRE, FCNR), document attestation, power-of-attorney drafting, and on-the-ground site visits with video walkthroughs in your timezone. Most NRI transactions complete without a single in-person visit until handover.
